Service Manager Foundation Services and Transformation

About the role

In the target operating model, every service in scope will have a named Service Owner who sets direction and intended outcomes. Service Managers work with the relevant delivery teams to coordinate how the service is delivered and improved. You help build that model for foundation services, so each service gets clear ownership, clear interfaces and a clear route to improvement.
