HR Manager – Learning, Onboarding & Competence Focus

About the role

At FirePoint Rocket Technology, we are building a state-of-the-art production facility in Denmark We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager/Generalist with a passion for Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Competence Management to join our team. In this greenfield role, reporting directly to the CHRO, you will establish how our workforce is onboarded, trained, and qualified from the ground up.
