Location Manager to Ramen To Biiru Østerbro

About the role

You run the location. Not just a department or a shift. The whole restaurant. That means staffing, scheduling, stock, guest experience, food quality and the restaurant's financial performance. You set the standards, build the right team and make sure those standards are maintained. You'll also work closely with our other RTB locations and share what works across sites.
